On the occasion of the 13th General Assembly of the Amicale and the associated event, 79 Avantime and 150 people representing their crews met on 22 and 23 April in the beautiful medieval town of Provins in Seine-et-Marne.
On the program of the outing: an original visit of the historic city, an impressive show of the Legend of the Knights, a visit to the living museum of the railway in Longueville, and succulent and convivial meals.
The General Assembly took place in the exceptional setting of the Caveau du St-Esprit in Provins. At the end of the presentation of last year's report and the projects inherent to any General Assembly, we welcomed André Dewael, the author of the first reference book on the Avantime "La Renault Avantime de mon père" (ETAI editions) who exchanged with the members and then engaged in a long signing session of more than 50 books! And of course, the club's shop was a huge success.
Our association is very proud of its dynamism and the great conviviality, the good atmosphere between its members, which gives confidence in the future of the club and the Avantime.
