Saturday, November 21

After having found ourselves on the Jura area (A36 motorway) and under the snow, a first in 35 meetings, we head towards Château-Chalon at the Geneleti estate for a tasting. The sky having become milder, we leave towards the Abbey of Baume-les-Messieurs where we are expected for a private visit of the place. On the way we stopped in Granges-sur-Baume to admire the view of the remote of Baume-les-Messieurs, a magnificent snow-covered landscape.
The next part takes us to Salins-les-Bains for an interesting visit of the large salt works. We will have dinner and spend the night in Ormans at Gustave's Table.

Sunday, November 22nd

An hour's drive and we arrive in Arc-et-Senans for the visit, once again very well guided, of the Royal Saltworks. The weekend ends after a last meal taken together on site.
